Please note: we may recommend working with a trusted local silversmith experienced in Native American jewelry for certain types of repairs, as some issues are best handled in person.

Returns or repairs are handled case by case. If something arrives damaged or breaks due to craftsmanship, contact us within 14 days. Small repairs may be complimentary; for lower-cost items like studs, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a full return.

Shipping for returns or repairs is typically the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.
