Product Information
Many of our pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Due to the natural characteristics of turquoise, stones, shells, and other materials, slight variations in color, shape, matrix, and texture may occur. These natural differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
We do our best to accurately photograph and describe all items, though colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.
Handmade & Sourced Jewelry
Our collection includes both handcrafted jewelry made by our family business, Conejos Jewelry, LLC, as well as carefully sourced Southwestern and Native American jewelry from trusted artists and trading partners.
Some sourced vintage or artisan pieces may not include artist hallmarks or stamps.
Pricing & Availability
Prices are subject to change without notice. Because many items are one-of-a-kind, availability is limited and inventory may occasionally sell out before an order is processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
Once a package has been shipped, Inde & Sol is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at shopindeandsol@gmail.com so we can help make it right.
Jewelry Care
Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time and should be stored in a dry place when not worn.
Please avoid exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals to help preserve your jewelry.
Inde & Sol is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, accidental damage, or normal wear over time.
Intellectual Property
All photos, branding, logos, and content on this website are property of Inde & Sol and may not be copied or used without permission.
